Creating the perfect Pinterest wedding

Pinterest is a great place to search for wedding inspiration and we use it regularly to get to know our couples style and general wedding theme. Sometimes the images can be vastly expensive to recreate or it just becomes a full time job to source all the elements.

This is where a stylist can come in, and it doesn't have to cost the earth. Our ethos when creating Bold & Beautiful was to provide hire items that you can hire as diy if you have time or our team can style your wedding using our own hire items (if they match what you are looking for) as well as source all the items you need to create you vision. This not only save you time but quite often money as we know the best suppliers to source things from.

If you don't want spend the earth but still want to create the look then we would recommend taking the similar elements from your pins and focusing on those. For example if you want a fun festival vibe maybe have the coloured lanterns, some outdoor flags and coloured ribbons on your chairs.

If you just want to bring a colour theme into the wedding you could add runners, coloured napkins and chair sashes or chair covers if needed.

Or to create an English country wedding vibe, Small vintage glasses with seasonal flowers and lace runners with pale blues and pinks and lace chair bows and some bunting would complete the look. Sometimes less is more.

Pinterest is great for details, and you can add lots of personal touches that will stand out to your guests. Use pages of your favourite book to make confetti cones, or hang your favourite photos from a crate or ladder or pallet. Think outside the box when it comes to seating plans. Are you avid cyclists for example? You could use a bike wheel and attach your seating plan cards to it. Or is your theme botanical and you could have succulent pots with guests names on that also double up as favours.

Whatever your style it's your wedding so there is no right or wrong, just make it your own!
